Product: HP Pavilion dv7-1175nr Entertainment Notebook PC

Are there any issues installing an Intel AX411 network adapter into my :

HP Pavilion DV7-1175nr

8Gb DDR2 ram

Intel Core 2 DUO T9900 SLGEE 3.06GHZ 1066MHZ DUAL-CORE

I have installed the wifi card into m y computer but when I downloaded the driver, it came as a compressed folder with the .INF files.  iI tried to update the driver using the device manager but it gives me a triangle with an explanation mark inside of it.

The error message that it gives is network adapter won't start.

 

Has anyone tried this already? Please let me know.

Your machine is too old to install newer internal wifi adapter.
