Message on printer "There is an issue with either the installed cartridges or your account payment method" has displayed on my printer for a few weeks.  I have been working with tech support to find the issues.  I was working with someone yesterday (CRM:0105352002972) and she attempted to "reinstall" the printer.  During that session she was not able to connect to the Wi-Fi connection.  She asked if we had a USB cable.  While trying to locate one, she disconnected and said I would need to reach back out.  I purchased one and have it connected to my computer and laptop now.  I need help getting my printer working again.
