Hi:

Unfortunately, there is no fix for that issue.

On the new builds of W10, the Ralink/Mediatek wifi and bluetooth adapters have major issues.

I suggest that you replace the wifi card with this model, which has updated drivers for W10.

Plus you will have dual band AC wifi.

Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 7260 802.11 ac 2x2 WiFi + BT 4.0    HP Part # 710661-001

The card is readily available on eBay or Amazon, and doesn't cost much at all.

Do your search by the HP part number, not by the model number of the wireless card.

Here is the link to the service manual.  The wifi card R & R procedures can be found in chapter 5.

Before installing the new card, uninstall the Ralink wifi and bluetooth drivers  in the device manager, then remove the card.

If there is a Ralink/Mediatek bluetooth software program in the Programs section of the Windows control panel, uninstall that too.

i don't think it's any hardware issue there must be some software problem recently i uninsatlled the old driver before that there use to come 3-4 drivers under bluetooth but as if now only two driver is coming that's one missing driver is the issue but i'm unable to fix it by any means

Trust me.

Yes, is is a software issue, but there are no updated drivers available.

Not from HP. Not from Mediatek

There are dozens of posts like yours.

No fix.  Replace the card.

The only BT driver for W10 is the one you already tried.

I'm very surprised the whole wifi card hasn't disappeared from the device manager like a lot of them do.

The drivers are over 3 years old and can't keep up with the new releases of W10.

$20 bucks will fix the problem and you will even have a much faster wifi connection to boot.

I don't see that the card is available on Amazon India.

However, there are eBay sellers that ship to India.

This is the cheapest one I can find.  Ships from China to India.

I posted the link to the service manual above, which provides the procedure to remove and replace the wifi card.

Should take less than 10 minutes to do the job.

Before you order the card, open the service door and make sure there are two antenna cables connected to the wifi card in there now.  I'm pretty sure there are.   The Intel card needs two antenna cables in order to work.

Just make sure you uninstall the Ralink drivers and software first before removing the Ralink card.
