Hi @Paras24,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.
I understand you have trouble with the pc when the Bluetooth option is missing on your HP Victus 15-fb0053AX (Windows 11):
Recommended Steps
1. Check Bluetooth in Device Manager
- Right-click Start → Device Manager.
- Look for Bluetooth in the list.
- If missing, click View > Show hidden devices.
- If still missing, the driver may have failed or been removed.
2. Run Bluetooth Troubleshooter
- Go to Settings > System > Troubleshoot > Other troubleshooters.
- Find Bluetooth and click Run.
- Follow on-screen instructions.
3. Reinstall Bluetooth Driver
- In Device Manager, if Bluetooth is present:
- Right-click your Bluetooth adapter (e.g., Realtek or MediaTek) → Uninstall device.
- Restart your laptop. Windows will try to reinstall automatically.
- If not reinstalled:
- Visit Victus Gaming Laptop 15-fb0053AX (6F9U1PA) | HP® Support.
- Enter your model (HP Victus 15-fb0053AX).
- Download the Bluetooth driver under Driver-Network and BIOS install it.
4. Enable Bluetooth Services
- Press Windows + R, type services.msc, and press Enter.
- Find:
- Bluetooth Support Service
- Bluetooth Audio Gateway Service
- Make sure:
- Status: Running
- Startup Type: Automatic
- If not, right-click → Properties → set to Automatic → click Start.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have an amazing day!
