Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, I am using a bit old laptop HP NOTEBOOK 2000, recently I installed win 10 after upgrading it RAM  to 4 GB. I am facing a very uncommon problem that my laptop is unable to discover any blutooth device, however it shows blutooth is ON in laptop also its Blutooth driver is up to date. Please if anyone can crack this issue I will be gratefull to him

Did you try the W10 Atheros Bluetooth driver and see if that fixes the problem?

I have one other suggestion you can try and that would be to follow the steps in my solution at the link below...

 

Since the Atheros BT driver is installed, you will need to first uninstall it, so that you get back to the Generic Bluetooth Adapter device.
