Hi,

I am facing issues with my laptop's WiFi and Bluetooth.

Sometimes it just crashes with a blue screen (refer to the attachment) and at other times WiFi just stops working (all WiFi signals disappear).

Also Bluetooth devices are not connecting properly.

As per my knowledge and what i got through internet forums, this is a driver issue. I already downloaded and installed the latest network drivers that hp support website shows me for my laptop model multiple times but problem still persists.

Please help.

Please refer to the attachments for more info:

Use the different driver I just posted.  I edited my above post.

Also, use this Bluetooth driver instead of the other one I posted...

Hi:

What is the driver version and date you installed?

There may be a newer version on a different model notebook's support page than what is on your model's support page.

Here are all the drivers under networks section for my model:

Also, am i supposed to install all of them?

OK, so if those are the only Realtek wifi and Bluetooth drivers you tried, there are much newer ones available...

Update the wifi and Bluetooth drivers to their latest versions, restart the PC, and see if that resolves the BSOD.

Installed both of them followed by a restart, didn't solved the issue. Wifi is not even showing.

The realtek driver on device manager say: Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The driver may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39)

Hey,

The driver worked, and is able to connect to a WiFi network.

But will need some time to confirm whether BSOD is solved or not. Will accept the solution and let you know once that is confirmed.

Thanks 🙂

You're very welcome.

Hopefully, it will.
