This actually worked for me!    The intel software.  Who would have thought?  Thank you so much!  I tried installing the pluggable usb, but that was so annoying to deal with.  I kept having problems with the onboard bluetooth reenabling itself. Created an account just to share my success.  Hope it helps others.
