Hello, please help me,
my bluetooth not working if i use windows 8.1 operating system, but if i use windows 10 it works well. i want to run windows 8.1 in my laptop because it is not heavy and not causing lag. I've been trying all kind of steps to solve this problem but nothing happen. my bluetooth is on but not finding devices. please give the link of the bluetooth driver for my laptop, and i hope the driver will be the correct one, sorry for my poor english.

(1) Update bluetooth driver (try both)
Mediatek (Ralink) Bluetooth Software Driver | 11.0.752.0 Rev.D | 88.6 MB | Mar 21, 2014 | Download |
or
Qualcomm Atheros QCA9000 Series Bluetooth 4.0+HS Driver | 1.00 Rev.A | 7.4 MB | Jan 10, 2014 | Download |
(2) Reboot and test again ...
