Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The issue I'm facing is that the Bluetooth option in the settings is not showing up even though I'm 100 percent sure the laptop i have supports Bluetooth.

Description:
The option to turn Bluetooth on or off is missing from the Bluetooth settings.

I am trying to connect a new Bluetooth device (MX Master 2 mouse), but i receive a message stating that the bluetooth is turned off / this pc doesnt support bluetooth

My previously connected device (MX Master 3 mouse) is still listed, but i cannot use it or connect any other device.
TroubleShooting Steps Taken:

1. checked device manager:
Bluetooth devices were hidden and only appeared after selecting "show hidden devices"
the realtek Bluetooth 5 Adapter is visible in device manager but does not have a "disable" option making it impossible to reset the device.

2. wireless module test:

I ran the HP UEFI hardware diagnostics and preformed the wireless module test, the test passed, indicating that the hardware may be functioning correctly.

3.driver updates:

I updated bluetooth drivers Via windows update and also tried reinstalling them using the latest drivers from the hp website. the issue persists after these updates.

4. windows troubleshooter:

i ran the windows troubleshooter for bluetooth but to no avail as it returned a message stating that my laptop does not support bluetooth.

5.hp support and tools:

i have ran all the support tools for fixing such issue but it is not fixed and all the testes have passed successfully.

6. BIOS:

i went to the bios to check if somehow the bluetooth might be toggled off or something related,
no such a thing.

7. device manager:
i tried various things in the device manager but didnt help.
