Bluetooth OK until I did a re-boot

A few days ago, I shut down the laptop and re-started it a couple of hours later. My Logitech bluetooth mouse was not working after the startup.

I don't remember the exact sequence of events but:

1) Bluetooth toggle switch was/is missing.

2) In Device Manager, Bluetooth showed up in show hidden devices.

I decided to do a image restore using Acronis 2020. The problem was still there.

In Device Manager, bluetooth has completely gone.

I did a Windows 10 Pro re-install (1909) and the problem is still is still there.

I have been trawling the internet for a solution and tried all sorts of things, but I am still at the same position.

I have run the bluetooth troubleshooter a number of times.

What I don't understand is how bluetooth is no longer recognised.

I had a brief look in the BIOS to see if I could see anything, but didn't.

If anyone could give me some steps to try (or a link) and then I can report back.

Issue is solved, but from nothing I have done.

Overnight, there was a number of windows updates (primarily relating to W10 1909) which were ready for install after a reboot.

I rebooted and the bluetooth toggle switch had reappeared and I could successfully pair my bluetooth mouse.
