HP Recommended

Hello,

I am seeing a Couldn't Connect Response whenever I try to add device to connect to bluetooth.

SO I click on bluetooth and other device settings. It takes me to the page that says 'choose the kind of device that you want to add'. Once I select bluetooth (audio devices, mice, keyboard, phones, pens etc), it takes me to a page that says Couldn't Connect- Try to turn on bluetooth, or update the drivers.

All my drivers and software are up to date.

I have gone to Device Manager to try to uninstall and reinstall, but there is no bluetooth option at all under the Device Manager

Please help so that I can use Bluetooth on my laptop. It is a HP Elitebook, Windows 11
