Hi. I have an Envy 15t-3200 CTO laptop
I've recently installed new Windows 7 on my laptop and almost everything is doing well, but although I've installed all drivers listed in this website, still I can't use my bluetooth. My bluetooth is missing from all other devices and there is no "share via bluetooth" option on any file. Just like the driver was not correct. I've read many troubleshooting ways on the Internet, but no one was hrlpful.
please guide me

That card definitely comes with built in bluetooth.
You installed the Intel bluetooth driver for that card from the support page?
Do you see a bluetooth radios icon listed in the device manager section?
If not, install the HP connection manager software. restart the PC, and see if you can turn on the bluetooth radio by using this software.
This package provides the HP Connection Manager for the supportednotebook models and operating systems.

What is the complete product name of your notebook?
CTO means configure to order and does not give us the configuration.
Envy 15t-3200 is the notebook model series.

Hi:
What model wireless network adapter does your notebook have?
If you don't know, go to the device manager and click to expand the network adapters device category.
There you will find the name and model number of the wireless network adapter.
Bluetooth is normally part of the wireless network adapter, if your notebook comes with bluetooth.
