Hi,
I have realtek wireless bluetooth adapter, it can connect just fine. The problem is, the devices that been connected before does not show up in the list of bluetooth devices, only certain appear. Yesterday, I paired my earbuds becaust it was first time, but the earbud did not show up in the list of bluetooth device, so I cant click the "disconnect", "connect" or "remove device" button. Another problem is, I cant remove a device, the button seems like a "dummy" button. I could see all the devices that been connected before in device manager, but still cant remove. I tried update and restart, update bluetooth driver, roll back, nothing happened. Finally I un-installed the driver, and then I could not find the driver in HP website for this for 23H2 version. HP Victus 16-e0122AX is my model. Please help needed. Thanks
