I recently got this laptop second hand and it came with Windows 11 pro, I checked the specs and it shows has Bluetooth and WWAN but it does not work. I have tried downloading the drivers from HP's website but it still doesn't work

Please check Device Manager (Networks):
1. What is the wifi card option (model of the wifi adapter),
2. Does it have WWAN card option ?
Regards.

The model of the WIFI card is Intel Dual Band Wireless AC 8260. Also, WIFI stopped working on my laptop today.
There is no WWAN option.
I tried running a UEFI hardware diagnostics test and it told me to check if the WIFI adapter is enabled in the BIOS but the problem is that I can not access BIOS settings because I do not know the BIOS password.
NB: The laptop is not brand new, I got it from a dealer.
