Good morning Community,
I have updated my HP G42 362la computer to Windows 10 and I am having some problems with the computer's Bluetooth. Specifically, it doesn't recognize my Sony wireless headphones and the truth is that I need them to work. The headphones connect well to the rest of the equipment and in fact, before upgrading the PC to w10, it also connected well to this equipment.
I have performed the following tests:
1- Update driver, but do not find a more current driver,
2- Disable and re-enable the bt adapter,
3- Uninstall the bt adapter.
I also have problems with the touch panel, it doesn't recognize some gestures.
I thank you in advance for the help!!
