Hi @Marcos77,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

I understand you are not able to connect any of your earbuds to your laptop via Bluetooth

Here are the most effective steps to fix Bluetooth earbuds not connecting to your HP laptop:

Step-by-Step Fix

Enable Bluetooth

Press Win + A → check if Bluetooth is turned on.

Or go to Settings → Devices → Bluetooth & other devices.

Put Earbuds in Pairing Mode

Hold the power/Bluetooth button until the LED blinks (check your earbuds’ manual).

Make sure they’re not already connected to your phone—turn off Bluetooth on other devices temporarily.

Forget Old Connections

In Bluetooth settings, remove/forget the earbuds if they appear.

Then re‑pair them fresh.

Restart Bluetooth Services

Press Win + R → type services.msc → Enter.

Find Bluetooth Support Service, right‑click → Restart.

Update Bluetooth Drivers

Press Win + X → Device Manager → Bluetooth.

Right‑click your adapter → Update driver → Search automatically.

Run Windows Troubleshooter

Open Get Help app → run the Bluetooth troubleshooter. It auto‑diagnoses and fixes common issues.

Check Output Device

After pairing, go to Sound settings and select your earbuds as the output device (choose the “Stereo” option if available).

I hope this will help.

Take care and have a good day.

I tried everything you've mentioned. It's not connecting to any bluetooth device. I contacted support as well. It can discover nearby bluetooth device but won't pair with them.

Thank you for your response.

May I know the device name?
