Please check to see BT Services are up and running or not. If not, you have to Enable them and turn on. How to check

(a) Right click Start and Select Run (or hold down Win key and hit lettr R),

(b) Type  msconfig then hit enter,

(c) Click Services tab

So I have the HP Elite X2 1012 G2 and those two boxes you've mentioned are ticked, but they have the status "Stopped".

I ran the bluetooth troubleshooter and it's said that this device does not support bluetooth. Why? I've also had issues with the fingerprint scanner and the front and rear cameras. I don't know what else isn't working as it should on this device. Please help. Thank you!
