Bluetooth does not see the device, and others do not see it

My laptop Compaq Presario CQ57-372CP does not see the device bluetooth, and other devices do not see it. So it was from the very beginning of the purchase, the sellers in the store also could not help me. And now I needed to use it, please help.

Hi:

Unfortunately, there is no W8.1 or W8 bluetooth driver for the Atheros AR3011 Bluetooth 3.0 + HS Adapter your notebook has, so that is why the BT won't work.

If you need bluetooth, you can:

Purchase an external USB bluetooth adapter.

Reinstall W7 and use the W7 Atheros bluetooth driver.

I can as that do a working bluetooth without changing windows 8.1, and without occupying the ports of the USB. Maybe I can somehow change the bluetooth in the inside of the laptop?

The are only bluetooth drivers for W7.

You can try the W7 driver, but I highly doubt it will work.

You would have to replace the wifi card with one listed in chapter 3 of the service manual that has bluetooth 4.0.

The problem is your notebook has a BIOS whitelist which prevents unsupported wifi cards from working, and I don't know if any of the other cards with bluetooth would work in your model.

The cards must also have the HP part number on them or they will not work.

Also, just because they are listed in the service manual, is no guarantee they will work.

I was able to find a driver for bluetooth that works on windows 8.1 x64, it can also enable and disable bluetooth regardless of WiFi.
I also found the driver for Wireless Button - F12, for Windows 8.1 x64 which is not on the official site.
And a new driver for Wi-Fi, Windows 8.1 x64

Tell me how can I send the files here? What would I leave the driver for those who will also search for them.

What I recommend you do is post the links to the working driver files, and click on the blue Accept as Solution box so that others can find it that have the same issue.
