Thank you. Upload successful. The driver is now installed and I can see it in Device manager/network adapters.

If this is the post you are referring to, I had read it, but have no idea what the issue could be.

Note that model wifi adapter is nothing but trouble, so I am not surprised you are having problems with it.

They are even worse on W10.

If you let me know the full model number or product number of your PC, I may be able to recommend an alternative wifi adapter you can replace that one with.

That is is the serial number, which should not be posted as it is considered personal information.

The number I need would be in the same location as the serial number, and look like this...5ES85EA#ABA.
