Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Yesterday, my Bluetooth driver crashed and disabled Bluetooth, i tried to restart the PC, several times but nothing happened.

then when i opened device manager it showed Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed),Screenshot 2020-09-23 020315.png

then i tried to update the driver , nothing happens , i installed the latest version of Bluetooth driver from hp support website and installed it manually, still noting happen, after that i also uninstalled the driver and then reinstalled it still nothing happens...

i also tried all the possible solution i can find out but looks like the problem is with something else or i may be doing some thing wrong...

 

 

 

 

some body please help me..

Thanks @banhien for resolving my problem....

my Bluetooth and WiFi driver both crashed at same time some how i managed to start my WiFi again but i think i'm using the older driver ...I would be glad if u could provide me the driver link of the latest WiFi driver.
