Bluetooth driver issue on HP EliteBook 8570w

Hi,

HP Support Assistant could not help me on this one:-( 

Device Manager is not showing Bluetooth device,

I see only "Other Device" with BCM20702A0 (Windows unable to install; after Update driver was selected).

Suggestions?

You need this driver for that device...

This package contains the Broadcom Bluetooth driver and software for supported models that are running a supported operating system. Broadcom Bluetooth 4.0 Driver is required to enable Broadcom Bluetooth 4.0 devices and is compatible with Broadcom Bluetooth 3.0 and earlier versions.

Sending files to/from phone was unsuccessful, reason unknown...

Unfortunately, I wouldn't be able to help you with that problem.

I only knew that was the Bluetooth driver you needed for the Broadcom Bluetooth adapter.

There is a newer version of the BT driver if you want to try it, but I don't know if it will make a difference.
