Couldn't find bluetooth toggle on quick settings. Tried to uninstall bluetooth Realtek adaptor driver, but now can't find anything to reinstall. I have tried the realtek and intel under the windows 11 and device drives on HP. However, bluetooth doesn't show up on device manager at all. I'm on windows 11 25H2

What is the full model number or product number of your PC?

It's a HP Pavilion Laptop 15-eh1xxx

Serial number: 5CD14148KC

According to the parts list for your notebook, it comes with an Intel AX200 Wi-Fi adapter.

HP PartSurfer

The only suggestion I can offer would be to see if the last driver Intel released for that model Wi-Fi adapter resolves the problem.

Intel® Wireless Bluetooth® Driver for Intel® Wi-Fi 6 AX200

If that doesn't work, the next step would be to back up your files and reinstall Windows to rule out a Bluetooth hardware failure.

You can make a USB recovery drive with the HP cloud recovery tool.

Here is an info link for how to use the software:

I installed the intel one.

I see in software devices on Device Manager a Bluetooth driver that says:

Currently, this hardware device is not connected to the computer. (Code 45)

To fix this problem, reconnect this hardware device to the computer.

Is this different from the hardware bluetooth driver?

HP Recommended

No. There's only one driver for the hardware and software.

You can try uninstalling the Bluetooth device and driver in the device manager, restart the PC, and see if it reinstalls itself.

Okay. I see this software device bluetooth driver. I also had previously uninstalled the blue bluetooth adaptor driver. Would uninstalling this software one might help in getting the system to reinstall both?

You can try uninstalling those hidden devices because they are not currently active.

Is the AX200 Wi-Fi adapter still showing up in the device manager?

I don't see it in your screenshot.

This is what I see. I have the Realtek wifi adapter

That is very interesting given that the parts list for your notebook indicated that it came with an Intel AX200.

That means the Bluetooth needs an entirely different driver:

This one:

Realtek RTL8xxx Series Bluetooth Driver

sp172371.exe

Below is the link to the latest Wi-Fi driver for the RTL8852AE Wi-Fi adapter:

Version 6001.10.357.0
