Hmm for some reason, I still don't see the bluetooth driver on device manager after downloading both and adding the drives on device manager.

Is this a different issue? Or should I try uninstalling the other bluetooth driver (under software) and re-attempt?

HP Recommended

Yes, install the Intel BT driver in the remove programs section of the control panel, restart the PC, reinstall the Realtek BT driver and see if that works.

If not, the next thing to do is to back up your files and reinstall Windows.

If that doesn't work, then the Realtek card probably has a hardware issue and if you don't want to use a USB Bluetooth adapter to get around not having Bluetooth, replace that problematic Realtek card with the one that HP indicated your notebook came with:

Intel Wi-Fi 6 AX200 802.11ax 2 × 2 Wi-Fi + Bluetooth 5 (non-vPro)   HP part # L35282-005
