Hi everyone,

I’ve been using a pair of Bluetooth earbuds with my HP laptop for calls and meetings, but I keep running into connection issues. Sometimes the audio cuts out for a few seconds, or the microphone stops working even though the earbuds still show as connected.

I’ve already tried reconnecting the device and updating the drivers, but the problem still comes back after a while. It mostly happens during longer calls or when I switch between apps.

Has anyone else experienced something similar with Bluetooth headsets on HP laptops? I’d appreciate any tips on settings, drivers, or fixes that worked for you.

Hi:

The only item I may be able to help you with might be a driver update, but first I would need to know:

What model Wi-Fi adapter your notebook has.

What operating system you are running.

What is the current Bluetooth driver version and date?
