HP Envy x360

I recently bought an HP Envy x360 14 in laptop and none of my bluetooth headphones can stay connected to it. They connect but almost immediately disconnect, then reconnect again. I've tried updating my laptop and disconnecting and reconnecting the devices. How can I fix this issue?

Hello GraceElizabeth, one thing that can happen is that the connection is lost due to distance, it is a assumption, what you are going to do is go to Device Managers and uninstall the Bluetooth driver, then restart the computer, then install the driver that I leave you the link and another controller that I also leave you.

This page also explains what you have to do.
