Hello Team

I have an issue with my Bluetooth.

Some time ago I have used my wireless headset with my EB1030 G1 connected either with USB dongle or directly via Bluetooth. A few days ago I have lost USB dongle and while I have to wait for delivery of the replacement I am trying to use a headset connected via Bluetooth.

The problem is that when I connect my headset to Bluetooth it is only available as headphones and not hands-free (mic is not available). However hands-free device appears in the list but it is impossible to have it connected/in use.

I also notice that there is no Bluetooth Handsfree Service in the Windows Services list

I am sure that the issue is not in a headset as I tried several headsets (Plantronics, Jabra, Motorola) with the same result.

Please let me know what may be the problem?

Thanks in advance!

Kirill.

Hello, thanks for reply

There are no options on the input except Internal Microphone (Conexant ISST Audio).

Headsets typically do not support simultaneous 'headphones' (high quality audio playback) and 'hands-free' (mono audio in and out). Normally you can use the 'hands-free' functionality if you make the 'Headset' device your default device in Windows and/or right click and disable the 'Headphones' device.
