Bluetooth is missing from device manager. I have also went to the bluetooth settings under the settings icon and the option to turn bluetooh on and off is gone. Have tried installing the drivers when I looked up my computer on the HP website and still not working.

click on the little > next to network adapters so it expands and shows us what is inside.
If you had Bluetooth it would be a category in Device Manager like this:
My Device Manager
Yours does not have it so I am thinking you do not have a Bluetooth chip in the laptop. You can add one easily and cheaply with a device like this:

Where on device manager is that at? This is what it is showing for me. Also if helps I am able to connect to my tv through my laptop using the connect button on the action center. Im trying to connect my beats studio3 to my hp laptop and its not working.
