Hi @Manish_garg,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If your HP Pavilion laptop's Bluetooth is not turning on and there's no Bluetooth icon showing in the Device Manager, you can try the following steps to troubleshoot and resolve the issue.

Check for Physical Switch or Function Key:

  • Ensure that there is no physical switch on your laptop that turns Bluetooth on/off.
  • Some laptops have a function key (like F2 or F3) that can enable or disable Bluetooth. Press the corresponding function key along with the "Fn" key to toggle Bluetooth.

Restart Your Laptop:

  • Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve connectivity issues. Restart your laptop and check if the Bluetooth is working after rebooting.

BIOS/UEFI Settings:

  • Enter the BIOS/UEFI settings during the laptop's startup (usually by pressing a key like Esc, F1, F2, or Del).
  • Check if Bluetooth is enabled in the BIOS/UEFI settings.

Update Bluetooth Drivers:

  • Visit the HP support website and download the latest Bluetooth drivers for your laptop model. Install the drivers and restart your laptop.

Uninstall and Reinstall Bluetooth Drivers:

  • Open Device Manager (you mentioned no Bluetooth icon, so this might be a bit challenging).
  • If you can't find Bluetooth in Device Manager, try enabling "Show hidden devices" in the View menu.
  • If you find any Bluetooth devices, right-click on them and choose "Uninstall device." Then, restart your laptop. Upon restart, Windows will attempt to reinstall the drivers.

Windows Troubleshooter:

  • Run the built-in Windows Bluetooth troubleshooter:
    • Open Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot.
    • Select "Bluetooth" and run the troubleshooter.

System Restore:

  • If the issue started after a recent change or update, consider using System Restore to revert your system to a previous state when Bluetooth was working.
  • Type "Create a restore point" in the Windows search bar, and then click on the "System Restore" button.

Check for Windows Updates:

  • Make sure your operating system is up-to-date. Go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update and check for updates.

Reinstall Windows:

  • If all else fails, you may consider reinstalling Windows as a last resort. This should only be done after you have backed up your important data.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
