Product: HP Mobile Workstation Product 6KF61EC#ABF Model Zbook 17 G5
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I go to Device Manager, no Bluetooth is listed.  I've installed the latest Windows updates and I've updated the Bios but still no Bluetooth listed.  Thanks in advance for any assistance.

3 months later, still no answer... am I the only one to have this problem?

It's written at the back of the laptop: "Contains Intel Radio Model: 9560D2W".

It's a chipset integrated to the motherboard and not a card to plug onto the motherboard.

Please give me your point of view, I feel very alone with this problem.

I know an external usb bluetooth adapter is very cheap but I don't want to have something else pluged on my usb ports.
