HP Beats15 Notebook PC
Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

Hello. After about two years of being prblem free with my HP Beats Laptop, all of my Bluetooth devices are unable to connect to it. I 'removed' the devices and have tried to pair them again but the laptop refuses to find them. Properties states that my drivers are ok.
I bought a litle usb bluetooth adapter to try and get the laptop to conect to my mouse etc, but again, the laptop refuses to find them.

No error messages appear. It just attempts to search for devices and finds none.

Help would be much appreciated.

Hello, no, I'm afraid that none of that helped. I've re-installed the bluetooth drivers and it made no difference what-so-ever. Sorry.

Hi @SuperSubGaz

Thank you for posting back.

I recommend you to uninstall and reinstall the wireless card driver as well and check if it helps.

Let me know how it goes.

Take care.
