Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My Bluetooth is disconnecting over two feet distance. I have tried with different Bluetooth audio devices but the issue still exists.

Hi:

 

The only suggestion I can offer if you have not done so already, would be to update the Realtek bluetooth driver to the latest version.

Hi,

I had updated the new drivers which you have provided https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp100501-101000/sp100556.exe .
But Still the same issue exists with the Bluetooth. I have also tried with Intel Bluetooth drivers also but no luck..
It seems to be a Hardware issue...
