Bluetooth issue

Does the HP 15 Notebook PC have bluetooth? These are the details of my PC: PC Serial Number:[personal info removed] Product Number: T0X61PA#ACJ. The Guide suggest that I go to the settings where I will find "Bluetooth" but its not there. I have conducted a search in the files and found items that read bluetooth but nothing is working.

The parts list for your notebook indicates that it comes with a Realtek RTL8723BE 802.11b/g/n 1x1 Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 4.0 combination WLAN adapter.

HP PartSurfer

The only suggestion I can offer would be to install the latest Bluetooth driver for that model wifi adapter.

If that doesn't work, then most likely the Bluetooth radio on the Wi-Fi card's circuit board has failed.

I downloaded all the drivers but nothing happened so what should i do ?

You have two options:

Purchase a USB Bluetooth adapter.

Replace/upgrade the internal Realtek Wi-Fi/Bluetooth adapter with this model:

Realtek RTL8821CE 802.11 ac 1x1 Wi-Fi + Bluetooth 4.2 Combo Adapter (MU-MIMO supported) HP part # L17365-005.

The card has a maximum throughput of 433 MBPS on the 5.0 GHz Wi-Fi band with an AC router and an excellent signal.

You can find this model on eBay, or Ali Express. 

I see some Intel 3165 cards listed on the eBay listings, so don't buy those.

On the Ali Express listings, make sure the card has the HP Part # of 915620-001.
