@baliyan, Welcome to HP Support Community,
Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue
Check Bluetooth in BIOS:
Shut down your laptop.
Press Esc or F10 repeatedly when it turns on to enter BIOS.
Go to System Configuration and make sure Bluetooth is enabled.
Save and exit.
Check Device Manager:
Right-click Start and select Device Manager.
Look under Network Adapters and USB controllers for Bluetooth.
If you see a yellow warning symbol, update the driver. If no Bluetooth appears, proceed to the next step.
Update/Reinstall Bluetooth Drivers:
Go to HP’s Support Website and search for your laptop model.
Download and install the latest Bluetooth driver for your laptop.
Restart your laptop.
Check Bluetooth Service:
Press Win + R, type services.msc, and hit Enter.
Find Bluetooth Support Service.
Right-click it, set Startup type to Automatic, and click Start.
