Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My bluetooth was working properly until I installed some drivers from the optional drivers in Settings>Windows Update. After the driver was installed. The Bluetooth was completing missing and up till now, upon several updates. It has still not come.

I have downloaded bluetooth drivers from the manufactures website and it is still not working. I have formatted my PC several times. I have installed the Windows 10 OS, and the Windows 11 OS as well. But none worked. I contacted HP support agent on their website and none of the two agents could resolve my problem.

And also after this update, my rotation lock was greyed out.

I am using HP Elitebook x360 1030 G2. How do I bring back my bluetooth drivers. Please I need help on this.
