I have never been able to find the “ Intergated Bluetooth 4.0 ” that was standard on my computer. Never was listed in “ Device Manager “. Would you please tell me how to get it installed so I can use it? My computer is All-in-One:

Hi:
The parts list for your notebook indicates that it comes with an INT 3165 AC M.2 wifi adapter.
If there is no Bluetooth device manager category showing up, it is possible that the Bluetooth radio on the wifi adapter circuit board has failed.
I have two suggestions:
Easy:
1. Install a USB Bluetooth adapter.
2. Difficult:
Replace the internal Intel 3165 AC Wifi/Bluetooth adapter with a newer Wi-Fi adapter, such as this one:
Intel Wi-Fi 6 AX200 ax 2×2 + Bluetooth 5.0 MU-MIMO M.2 2230 non-vPro HP part # L35282-005
You can find this model Wi-Fi adapter on eBay.
Search by the HP part number, not the model of the Wi-Fi adapter.

Paul is so quick and accurate. Never knew there was so much information he came up with when I was not able to find what I was looking for. I was able to follow his instructions with out any trouble. After reading I discovered his first suggestion was the best and easy to do, just install USB Bluetooth Adapter. The second suggestion was beyond my manual dexterity but a wealth of interesting information. Thank You Paul for your willingness to share your knowledge... Lmcdo
