Bluetooth not showing up in device manager at all after Windows 10 upgrade

I know my device had bluetooth when I first bought it (Windows 8.1 operating system) But like many other people, after the windows 10 update things just went out of wack. I updated a few years ago and I noticed my bluetooth option was missing a while ago but It didn't fase me since I never used it that much back then anyway, but since I just bought a pair of wireless headphones I would like to get this problem fixed.

Anyway.. So the bluetooth button is missing so I figured I'd go into device manager to see if I could just update a driver for it but, when i went into device manager, bluetooth was NO WHERE to be found, I mean NO WHERE,  there's no unknown device and it's not in sub folders either

I made sure to check if bluetooth really is supported on my device by looking in services, and sure enough it is, and its running

I went online to download drivers for bluetooth through HP, they would claim they downloaded but I still wouldn't see bluetooth in device manager. When I ran a troubleshoot for Bletooth, It claimed something along the lines of it's not capable or supported on my device, although I know it is. 

If anyone has any idea what's going on please feel COMPLETELY free to help out, thanks in advanced!

Hi:

Your notebook never had bluetooth.

Bluetooth is part of the wifi adapter, and the Realtek RTL8188EE wifi adapter in your screenshot is not a combination wifi/bluetooth adapter.

Ok, so what is the connect funtion for? it seems to be working through bluetooth but since Bluetooth isn't an option for me i can't seem to connect to it. And when I type bluetooth into libriaries, alot of options pop up but they don't appear to be drivers so theyre not much help. And i'm positive I had bluetooth when I first purchased my laptop

Guaranteed 100% that your notebook never had bluetooth.

It is physically impossible with the wifi adapter your notebook has.

Every Wndows operating system since XP has bluetooth services software and settings.

You need the bluetooth hardware as well for those services to work, which your notebook does not have.

The Realtek wifi card that has bluetooth is the RTL8723BE wifi adapter, not the RTL8188EE.
