Bluetooth not working and not shown in my settings. Not able to turn on bluetooth

HP Recommended
HP ENVY 15 Notebook PC
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

hey guys....  I can't switch on the Bluetooth and I can't also find it in the device maneger . Also, there's no buetooth settings in the notification.

 

I was wondering if someone can help me. Thanks in advance

What is your HP ENVY 15 Notebook PC ? Does it have Bluetooth ? Please use the following instructions to find out the model/product of your machine:

Your machine came with Windows 8 pre-installed. It has  Ralink RT3290LE 802.11b/g/n 1x1 WiFi and Bluetooth 4.0 combination adapter part # 690020-001. HP does not supply drivers for Windows 10. Please download and install the following software/driver for Bluetooh

 

    http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp71501-72000/sp71572.exe
