I have an HP Pavilion 15z-eh100 with the Ryzen 5500u.   My Bluetooth connection has never worked from day 1.  My notebook will sometimes connect a device and soon drop it.  When it does connect it is never clear, it is unstable and constantly beaks up the connection.  It is entirely unusable.  I have tested several Bluetooth devices on other laptops and the Bluetooth devices are definitely not the problem.  Apparently I have a Realtek combo WiFi / BT card in my laptop.  The wifi seems to work okay.  I have spoken to HP customer support and they told be all hardware tests have passed so I am left hanging with no solution.  I dont mind replacing the card  myself but I'm not sure what model to get that will replace it.  I would prefer to get an Intel card vs Realtek but I'm not sure if its supported.  I am so frustrated by the situation and zero help provided by HP.
