I recently installed Windows 11 on your HP Pavilion 15-n213tx, but the Bluetooth is not working except its windows 10. I've tried updating and downloading drivers from the HP official site, but they only offer drivers for Windows 10 and 8, not Windows 11.

Hi @Emirano_joshua,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

To resolve Bluetooth issues on your HP Pavilion 15 running Windows 11, you can try the following steps.

Update Windows 11: Ensure your Windows 11 installation is fully updated. Sometimes, updates can resolve driver compatibility issues.

  • Go to Settings > Windows Update > Check for updates.

Use Windows 10 Drivers: Even though the drivers are listed for Windows 10, they can often work for Windows 11. Here's how to install them in compatibility mode:

  • Download the Bluetooth driver for Windows 10 from the HP support site.
  • Right-click the downloaded driver file and select Properties.
  • Go to the Compatibility tab.
  • Check the box for Run this program in compatibility mode for and select Windows 10.
  • Click Apply and then OK.
  • Double-click the driver file to start the installation.

Update Bluetooth Driver via Device Manager:

  • Right-click the Start button and select Device Manager.
  • Expand the Bluetooth section.
  • Right-click on your Bluetooth device and select Update driver.
  • Choose Search automatically for updated driver software.

Manually Install the Driver:

  • Download the latest driver from the Bluetooth manufacturer (e.g., Intel, Qualcomm).
  • Uninstall the current Bluetooth driver from Device Manager (right-click the device and select Uninstall device).
  • Restart your computer.
  • Install the downloaded driver.

Check Bluetooth Services:

  • Press Win + R, type services.msc, and press Enter.
  • Ensure the Bluetooth Support Service is running. If not, right-click it, select Start, and set the Startup type to Automatic.

Windows Troubleshooter:

  • Go to Settings > System > Troubleshoot > Other troubleshooters.
  • Find and run the Bluetooth troubleshooter.

BIOS Update:

  • Check if there’s a BIOS update available for your HP Pavilion 15. BIOS updates can sometimes resolve hardware compatibility issues.
  • Download and install the BIOS update from the HP support site.

Reset Network Settings:

  • Go to Settings > Network & internet > Advanced network settings > Network reset.
  • Follow the instructions to reset.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
