Product: HP ProBook 450 G6 Notebook PC (4SZ47AV)

I recently changed my operating system on my pro book 450 G 6 and Bluetooth is not working, I tried installing the specific drivers but still nothing yet. I even tried resetting so  that it it goes back to the old operating system but still Bluetooth not working and its not even showing at the device manager, so please advice me on the solutions.
