when i start to use win 10 Bluetooth not shown me button on / off and  always when i make troubleshoot it gives me the  result  not Bluetooth capability

If you have an Atheros Wi-Fi adapter with Bluetooth, this is the only W10 driver that was released to HP from Qualcomm Atheros:

 

Qualcomm Atheros QCA9000 Series Bluetooth 4.0+HS Driver 

 

10.0.1.0

 

sp72163.exe

 

If that doesn't work, you will have to purchase a USB Bluetooth adapter if you need to have Bluetooth on your notebook.
