I was able to use bluetooth on my laptop before. But now bluetooth does'nt turn on on my laptop. When i ran troubleshoot to fix my blutooth, it says that "this device does'nt have bluetooth, try using external bluetooth adapter".
All my drivers are up to date.
I dont seem to understand whether it is hardware problem or software problem.

Is it an HP Pavilion 15-au009tx machine ? Its specs
https://support.hp.com/za-en/document/c05138561
It has Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 3165 802.11 ac 1x1 WiFi and Bluetooth 4.2 combination WLAN adapter. Probably Windows updates removed its driver. Please re-install the following driver:
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp76501-77000/sp76732.exe
Please keep the downloaded file, you may need it again next month.
Regards.
