Hello,
My Windows 10 laptop has always had some sort of Bluetooth issues (devices not recognized, connections not completely established, OS freezing when switching between laptop audio and Bluetooth audio, laptop audio not working after disconnecting not-working Bluetooth devices). I tried all the different solutions publicly available on the web but none of them ever fixed anything.
All drivers are up to date and the most recent Windows updates are installed, but I can't get to use Bluetooth devices.
Now I would really need to use Bluetooth devices for audio and need to find a solution.
Here are my system's details:
System model: HP ENVY Laptop 13-ah0xxx
System SKU: 4EX03EA#ABH
Bluetooth Hardware ID values:
USB\VID_8087&PID_0A2A&REV_0003
USB\VID_8087&PID_0A2A
Could you please suggest me a way to fix the Bluetooth?

Hi:
The hardware ID you posted is for an Intel bluetooth device.
See if this works...go to the Windows control panel>Programs>Uninstall a program.
Let the list populate. Find and uninstall any Intel Bluetooth software listed there.
Restart the PC.
Go to the device manager, click to expand the bluetooth devices category. Right click on the Intel bluetooth adapter.
Select Uninstall, and check the uninstall driver box.
Restart the PC, and install this bluetooth driver.
This package provides the Intel Bluetooth Windows 10 Universal drivers for supported notebook/laptop models running Windows 10 v1709 or later.
