Hi there,
hopefully I can get a solugion for my problem.....
I have some bluetooth headsets that are working without any problems with my smartphone.
But I can try it a million times to get a connnnection between these headsets and my laptop.
As far as I know there is a embedded bluetooth-adapter. If I check the device manager I can see three devices:
Bluetooth Device (RFCOMM Protocol TDI)
Hardware ID; bth\ms_rfcomm

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are unable to pair the Bluetooth headset with your computer.
Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
Is the headphone getting detected when you try pairing it?
Have you checked connecting other Bluetooth devices?
Meanwhile, I recommend you follow the below steps and check if it helps.
- Turn on your Bluetooth audio device and make it discoverable. The way you make it discoverable depends on the device. ...
- Turn on Bluetooth on your PC if it's not on already. ...
- In action center, select Connect and then select your device. ...
- Follow any more instructions that might appear.
If you continue facing the issue, then uninstall the Bluetooth driver from the device manager and then download and install the Bluetooth driver from the below link.

Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!
