Hi:

 

Unfortunately, you won't be able to get that model BT driver to work on W10.

 

I offered every suggestion that I could think of to no avail.

 

Solved: Probook 4430s Qualcomm Atheros Ar3011 Bluetooth 3.0 Adapter ... - HP Support Community - 843...

 

The good news is the discussion will provide the other drivers that are missing in your screenshot.

 

The 4430s is the same model as yours but with a 14" display.
