I have issues when using bluetooth devices, they start to fail when the notebook gets hot. Then my devices appear connected but stop working correctly and the status in the configuration starts to blink. I’ve already reinstalled the drivers, and even made a clean Win11 installation, so I don’t think the problem is that. Also, the bluetooth devices are ok, I’ve tried them with my phone right after they start to disconnect from my notebook. The problem always starts when I’m using the device connected to the power adapter and/or my external monitor, so it gets hot, but not abnormally, like 75 °C degrees. When that happens, the bluetooth devices work incorrectly. I think maybe the processor configuration is shutting down the bluetooth to save power or make the device cooler and I would like to change that, maybe turn off the wifi in those cases, because I’m always connected via ethernet in those cases.
