Product: Pavilion 15z

When I try connecting my headphones to bluetooth, I see the device show up in my settings but it says bluetooth is turned off.  There's no option to connect or turn it on.  My headphones are on and pairing.  Help?

Try searching in device manager if under USB conections is a faulty one. Just had the same problem. If there is a faulty one uninstall it, worked on mine. In my case it was an adress problem with a recently used USB-Hub (HP Elitemonitor). Bluetooth worked instantly after that.
