Product: hp Spectre x360 Convertible
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I went through all of the trouble shooting and I do see that I can not update to windows 11 as my processor needs to be upgraded. I am showing an event error 16 BTHUSB and I may need a patch to fix this. I believe this is the problem. How do I fix it so that my bluetooth will work? Please help me.
