Hi, my bluetooth was working ok, but my laptop was slow so i decided to ReInstall windows 10 Home. After de Instalation I have no bluetooth drivers, no bluetooth on/off button, no bluetooth services. I tried using the troubleshooting but it says I have no bluetooth hardware. I´ve tried downloading the drivers from HP, but nothing happens.

Helppppppp

Thank youuu

I, dont have the laptop until tomorrow but i have a picturo of the back side, where it says SN# ********** (ten alphanumeric characters), Is that what you need?

Hello @DenisseSaulnier

I only need the product number (p/n)  !

You will find this information on the back of your notebook printed in small alphanumeric letters.

( It's not allowed to post serial numbers (s/n) in public ! )

Hello @DenisseSaulnier

yes sure, product number (p/n) is legal information, just about the notebook ( no sensitive data ).
