In windows device manager: right click on the computername and choose scan for new devices !

I need 3 hardware IDs !

Use this guide for how to find the hardware ID of your 3 unknown devices ...

How to Find Drivers for Unknown Devices in the Device Manager (howtogeek.com)

Please right click copy/paste the hardware ID

I SOLVED IT !!!!! One of those devices was the bluetooth, i searched it and in other conversatios a user says that the drivers in HP site are out of date.
